A.    Minimum Qualifications:

§  BSc/Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology

B.     Minimum Experience:

§  6+ years of experience in related fields such as, EA, BPR, BPM, RPA, AI, IoT, Business architecture, Solution architecture, Governance (or equivalent) in at least 2 business domains, with a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing sales related job.

C.     Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

§  Solid knowledge of EA methodologies, framework, reference models, maturity model, meta-model, EA governance and EA management system.

§  Experience in working within the public sectors, specifically in an e-Government environment, is a plus.

§  Rich knowledge about international EA best practice and solid knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g., NORA, TOGAF, FEAF or Zachmann).

§  Relevant experience in Data & Information Management, Strategy Management, Data & Information Governance

§  Working experience with IT Governance/ITSM/COBIT assessment and prepare the assessment report.

§  Good knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, and other project management processes (preferable a certification holder for at least one of them)

§  Good planning and effort estimation skills

§  Excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs

§  Fluent in both English and Arabic speaking and writing

§  perfect written and oral communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customer.

§  Excellent presentation and demonstration skill
