A.    Minimum Qualifications:

§  BSc/Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology

B.     Minimum Experience:

§  6+ years of experience in technical consultation and solutions mainly on cyber security projects, technical supports on cyber security and/or network projects, (or equivalent), with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing sales related job.

C.     Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

§  Proved experience in managing multi-talent and large teams with a show case of building the operation model, services delivery and managing processes, and managed service (either on Infrastructure, development, or human resources) in an addition to suitable knowledge of managing tools (EPM, Remedy, Or equivalent management and tracking tools)

§  Sold technical support experience in large-scale cyber security projects and mission-critical infrastructures is an advantage.

§  Strong understanding of technologies such as: Next-Gen Firewall, IPS, Web and Email Security Gateway, Data Leakage Prevention, Sandboxing, Load balancer, WAF, Endpoint protection, Next-Gen Endpoint, EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NAC and TIP.

§  Security architecture and design experience – skilled in security design, end-to-end, defense in depth, security architecture.

§  Familiar with Cybercrime and IT fraud (Spoofing, Forged Email, Phishing sites) is a plus.

§  Holding one or more of the following certificates is an advantage (e.g., CISSP, CISA, GSEC, CEH, Security+, ITILv3, etc.)

§  Proactive and can work independently or as a team.

§  Good presentation skill of both English and Arabic, and proficiency in writing technical proposal in English.

§  Deep understanding of technical relations in a complex environment experience.

§  Must have a working experience of Architecture, designing, building solutions on Cyber Security has minimum experience for one of specs like as Penetration Testing PT, Security Assessment, Vulnerability Assessment VA, Security Operation Centre SOC, or Security Information and Event Management SIEM 4-6 Years of experience in Cyber Security consultation.

§  Good planning and effort estimation skills

§  Excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs

§  Fluent in both English and Arabic speaking and writing

§  perfect written and oral communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customer.

§  Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
