A. Minimum Qualifications:
§ BSc/Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology
B. Minimum Experience:
§ 5+ years of experience in Systems and Solutions development, Workflows, Integration, Data Management, UI/UX, BI, ERP, RPA, and Mobile Apps (or equivalent), with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing sales related job.
C. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
§ Proven experience to dig deep in proposing and optimizing solutions for software, systems, BI, AI, and eServices problems.
§ Excellent solution selling and value based selling approach.
§ Experience in project management of complex presales projects.
§ Experience in architecting enterprise-level solutions
§ Credibility & maturity to work with customer representatives ranging from technical to management level.
§ Thorough understanding of Platform integrations, DevOps, .Net, CRM, Full stack development, and software engineering assurance methodologies.
§ Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) with a primary focus on Agile methodologies.
§ A proven knowledge of at least two of Low-Code/No-Code platforms (i.e., Pega, OutSystems, ServiceNow) is a must.
§ A good knowledge in AI, IoT, and RPA tools and technologies is mandatory.
§ Good planning and effort estimation skills
§ Bonus points: experience with GitLab
§ Bonus points: experience in working with open-source projects.
§ Excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs
§ Fluent in both English and Arabic speaking and writing
§ perfect written and oral communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customer.
§ Excellent presentation and demonstration skill
